Hot Power Yoga

This class employs the Baptise Power Vinyasa method, which focuses on asana (poses), meditation, and self inquiry and is intended to be adaptable to any level of physical ability. It is a dynamic and vigorous practice that links breath with movement by combining postures through flow. It heals, detoxifies and strengthens the entire body while providing the student with the necessary tools to connect the mind, body and spirit in perfect harmony, allowing the true self to shine through.  By bringing together the the dynamic sequences and standing postures (that calm the mind) at the start of class with nourishing benefits of passive yoga poses at the end of class (that remove tension from the body), we begin to discover the stillness in movement and the flow in stillness.

Hatha Fundamentals

This class is designed for beginners or practitioners wanting to refine their practice and alignment. Whether you are new to yoga, revisiting it after a long break, or just wanting to enhance your practice, this class is for you. We will explore healthy alignment, actions of basic poses, breathing techniques, meditation, and will build a solid foundation for your continued, more advanced practice.

Hatha Vinyasa

A deep dive into traditional yoga, this class you will help you gain self awareness, body control, breath control, strength, and confidence through the core methods of yoga including asana, pranayama, meditation, bandha, mudra and more.  Through a systematic usage of these tools, practice is directed toward the attainment of health vitality, strength, and perseverance, balanced with patience and wisdom to lead us to the what we refer to as the true "promise of yoga": to live free and empowered, guided by the realization of our greatest purpose.    

Power & Praise Yoga

This class is Christ-centered Power Vinyasa yoga practice with the intention of honoring God and deepening faith throughout the practice; it is intended to be adaptable to any physical ability.  We will focus on postures of praise, meditation/prayer, and self-inquiry during this dynamic and vigorous practice that links breath with movement by combining postures through flow . The final 15 minutes of class are spent in a time of meditation and prayer.  This is a practice of reclaiming and redeeming numerous Biblical principles such as meditating, complete surrender, and whole worship as Acts 17:28 describes, “In Him we move and breathe and have our being.”

Express Power

Have a limited amount of time, but still want to get your practice in? This class is for you!  Designed to be taken over the lunch hour, Express Power offers a 40 minute vigorous practice that still incorporates everything in our power classes, just in a shorter period of time.

Release & Restore with Yoga Nidra

  This class starts by using props like tennis balls, blocks, & foam rollers to provide myofascial release then moves into restorative, meditative poses that target the connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and fascia to enhances the body’s energetic flow & support emotional equilibrium.  Next, we offer a systematic form of guided relaxation that restores your body, senses, and mind to their natural function. It  allows you  to find wholeness, tranquility, and well-being. A 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep and the benefits are immediate, from reduced stress to deep rest.  It systematically induces complete mental, physical, and emotional relaxation. This  will sow the seeds of change in the mind and create a deeply relaxing state in which those seeds may then grow to create change in our lives. Yoga Nidra is helpful for stress reduction, insomnia, fatigue, depression, and anxiety as well as general well-being. Prepare to be relaxed!

Yin Yoga

 Yin Yoga is perfect for those who want to relax!  Poses are held for extended periods of time either sitting or lying down, using props like pillows, bolsters and blocks to allow you to rejuvenate & re-balance.   Yin yoga calms the mind, relieve stress, helps with arthritis, gains flexibility and much more. Students will also be led through a guided meditation throughout the class.  

Gentle Yoga

 Gentle Yoga is designed for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. This class focuses on the joy of stretching, breathing, and stillness of the mind rather than feats of strength or extreme flexibility. Gentle yoga is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for older adults, those working with injury, limited mobility, or who simply prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.  

Kid's Yoga

 Our kids classes offer a complete, age-appropriate yoga practice including: breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, and stretching and strengthening yoga postures and sequences, all using fun-filled music, games, and imagination.  Kids 5-12 will learn Sun Salutations, basic poses that remind them of different animals, play games that get the energy out, practice mindfulness, and then in final relaxation learn to be still and restful.   

Toddler & Me Together Time

Toddler & Me Together Time yoga is for parents/guardians and their children ages crawling to 4 years old. This class is 30 minutes of yoga poses, breathing techniques, stretching and strengthening all while bonding with your child! Toddler yoga is a fun and active way for your children to learn body awareness and mindfulness while you also get to practice alongside them. Each class begins and ends with a brief meditation and relaxation stories.
